A stand working on two levels at once: an informative frontage for visitors, and a space fit to receive official delegations and exchange shields with Dammam Airports.

The first Dhahran chess championship

In partnership with the Ministry of Sport, Dhahran Municipality and the Saudi Chess Federation — more than 1,500 attendees, with an on-site team keeping the hall quiet.

Two different designs for the same brand at the same show, with an interactive touch kiosk and a branded reception counter.

Common questions

Who handles venue permits and insurance?

We do, within the contract. This item is missing from most proposals and surfaces days before opening — ask about it explicitly with any supplier.

How long does organising an exhibition take?

It depends on the area and the number of exhibitors. We issue a schedule with dates rather than durations, signed off before we start, including the final approval date and the hall access date.

Do you work with government bodies?

Yes. We have worked with the Ministry of Sport, the Ministry of Education, Dhahran Municipality, Aramco and the Hajj Services Coordination Council.

What happens if approval is delayed?

The schedule is built with slack, not on the assumption that everything goes to plan. Ask any supplier this question — the answer reveals whether they have any slack at all.
