Gulf Air event

Gulf Air's stand at an exhibition — a design carrying the airline's identity while receiving official delegations.

Design detail

A Gulf Air stand at an exhibition, built to work on two levels at once: an informative frontage for visitors, and a space fit to receive official delegations and exchange shields with Dammam Airports. The airline's visual identity governs every element of the stand — from the frontage to the reception counter.

Hajj Services Coordination Council exhibition stand — built by Arena RiseExhibition stand
Hajj Services Companies Coordination Council

Hajj Services Coordination Council stand

A stand in warm cream tones, with an arched canopy and a honeycomb ceiling drawn from traditional geometric ornament.

Design detail

We designed and built the stand for the Hajj Services Companies Coordination Council, which represents the providers serving pilgrims arriving from inside and outside the Kingdom to perform Hajj and Umrah. The architecture adopted a contemporary cream palette, framed by an arched canopy and a honeycomb ceiling drawn from traditional geometric ornament. From the structural frame through to the identity touches, the seating and the lighting, the team delivered a welcoming and dignified space befitting the Council's mission.

Proptech

Proptech smart real-estate stand

Magenta and white, with the cloud and arches motif — a presence you cannot walk past in the hall.

Design detail

We brought Proptech's identity down onto the exhibition floor in a stand built around its smart property management platform. The design combined a bold magenta and white palette with the cloud and arches motif, creating a presence that stays with the visitor. Alongside the visual identity, the stand included an interactive touch kiosk and a branded reception counter, giving the Proptech team a working space to receive visitors and demonstrate their solutions.

Alinma Bank employee open day

More than 1,500 employees on the beach at Hadab Chalets — an outdoor dinner, a stage, and a car prize draw.

Design detail

An open day for more than 1,500 Alinma Bank employees and their families at Hadab Chalets in Dammam. We planned the entire site: arrival and registration routes, activity zones, an outdoor dinner across hundreds of tables, the stage, sound and lighting, through to the moment of the grand prize draw. An event of this size is not run on enthusiasm, but on an hour-by-hour schedule and an on-site team that knows its position.

Enma commercial kiosk — kiosk built by Arena RiseRetail kiosk build
ENMA

Alinma retail kiosk

From unloading panels at night to lighting at full output — a build documented in twelve shots.

Design detail

We carried out the complete build of the Alinma retail kiosk, from receiving materials and equipment on site, through structural installation and electrical services, to fitting the identity elements and lighting — ending in a finished kiosk ready to receive visitors. Every project's journey begins the moment the materials arrive: carefully wrapped panels unloaded from the truck late at night, with close coordination between the logistics and installation teams. Then the copper-toned timber panels are lifted and fixed within the suspended ceiling frame, followed by the electrical runs for the concealed lighting, and finally the raised logo letters and the main sign.
