What the contract covers

• Drawings and 3D views from the visitor's eye level before sign-off, not from above.
• A dimensioned element schedule: every panel, screen and plinth drawn to the centimetre before fabrication.
• Fabrication in our own workshop and transport to site — no intermediary between you and whoever builds it.
• Single and double-deck stands up to 320 m².
• Installation and handover two days before opening, with a resident supervisor for every show day.
• Dismantling and clearance after the show closes.

Stands we have delivered

Riyadh Chamber stand

Open on every side under a single curved canopy — no front elevation and no back, which raises the entry points and with them the chances of engagement.

Hajj Services Coordination Council stand

A cream palette, an arched canopy and a honeycomb ceiling — designed against four explicit criteria before a single line was drawn.

Halliburton stand

An extended red wall as a single visual backdrop, with natural timber, polished acrylic and metal accents.

Questions before you sign

Do you fabricate yourselves or subcontract?

We fabricate in our own workshop. Both answers are acceptable in this market, but the answer changes who you hold responsible when something slips — and a company that dodges the question has answered it.

When do I take handover?

Two days before opening, not on the morning of it. Those two days are what separates a prepared event from one being rescued at the last minute.

Do I see a design before signing?

Yes — a 3D view from the visitor's eye level, with the proposed materials and dimensions. A flat plan hides problems with heights and sightlines.

What is the largest area you build?

Single and double-deck stands up to 320 m², and full hall planning across areas up to 4,200 m².

Do you work outside Dammam?

We are based in Dammam and most of our work is in the Eastern Province, though we have delivered beyond it. Proximity means a supervisor reaches site in an hour, not a day.
