What the contract covers
- Drawings and 3D views from the visitor's eye level before sign-off, not from above.
- A dimensioned element schedule: every panel, screen and plinth drawn to the centimetre before fabrication.
- Fabrication in our own workshop and transport to site — no intermediary between you and whoever builds it.
- Single and double-deck stands up to 320 m².
- Installation and handover two days before opening, with a resident supervisor for every show day.
- Dismantling and clearance after the show closes.
From idea to a delivered stand
A stand passes through five stages, and each one is a place where a week can be lost. Design, fabrication and installation sit under one contract here, so no stage waits on a hand-off from a third party.
Size and position before shape
Before any drawing we need the stand size, how many sides are open, and where it sits on the floor plan. A corner stand with two open faces is designed differently from one boxed in by three neighbours, and the difference is not cosmetic: it decides where the reception counter stands and which way the lighting points.
A 3D view before you sign
You see the stand drawn with its materials and dimensions before you sign, not after. Sixteen designs from our work are published on this site with their materials and measurements — look through them before you ask about price.
Fabrication in our own Dammam workshop
The stand is built by us, not by a third contractor, which is why you can visit the workshop and see it being made. Ask any supplier for that visit — one who sub-contracts fabrication will not be able to arrange it.
Installation inside the hall's window
The installation window at any show is narrow and shared with dozens of contractors. We arrive with the stand as pre-assembled as it can be, to cut the time spent inside the hall, because every hour there is contested by one forklift and one aisle.
Documentation and breakdown
We photograph the finished stand before the doors open — those images serve your own reporting and your next show. Then it comes down on schedule, and goes into storage if it was built to be reused.
Ask any supplier for three things: a 3D view before signing, a workshop visit, and the name of the person who will stand in the hall on build day. The three together separate a builder from a middleman.

Riyadh Chamber stand
Open on every side under a single curved canopy — no front elevation and no back, which raises the entry points and with them the chances of engagement.
Hajj Services Coordination Council stand
A cream palette, an arched canopy and a honeycomb ceiling — designed against four explicit criteria before a single line was drawn.
Halliburton stand
An extended red wall as a single visual backdrop, with natural timber, polished acrylic and metal accents.
What decides the cost of a stand
There is no fixed rate per square metre for exhibition stands, and any number given before the items below are known is a guess. These are the factors that actually move a quote, in order of their weight:
- Area and the number of open faces — an open face needs treatment; a closed one only needs a wall.
- Height and whether there is a second deck — a second deck changes the whole structural calculation and requires venue approval.
- Materials: painted timber, metal, illuminated acrylic, or print on tensioned fabric.
- Screens and interactive elements — a touch kiosk and an integrated display are line items separate from the structure.
- The build days available — a short window means a larger crew and night work.
- Once or reused — a stand built to be dismantled and stored costs more once and less across three shows.

Questions before you sign
Do you fabricate yourselves or subcontract?
We fabricate in our own workshop. Both answers are acceptable in this market, but the answer changes who you hold responsible when something slips — and a company that dodges the question has answered it.
When do I take handover?
Two days before opening, not on the morning of it. Those two days are what separates a prepared event from one being rescued at the last minute.
Do I see a design before signing?
Yes — a 3D view from the visitor's eye level, with the proposed materials and dimensions. A flat plan hides problems with heights and sightlines.
What is the largest area you build?
Single and double-deck stands up to 320 m², and full hall planning across areas up to 4,200 m².
Do you work outside Dammam?
We are based in Dammam and most of our work is in the Eastern Province, though we have delivered beyond it. Proximity means a supervisor reaches site in an hour, not a day.
What does an exhibition stand cost?
It depends on the six items above, chiefly area, height and materials. We will not give a number before knowing them, because it would be a guess — and a guess turns into extra line items later. Send the size, the city and the date and an itemised quote reaches you within one business day.
Can the stand be reused at another show?
Yes, if it was built for it from the start. The difference is in the design, not the build: demountable joints, panels at standard sizes, and branding on replaceable surfaces. Tell us now if you intend to use it more than once — that decision is made in the drawing, not in the workshop.
Who handles the venue's stand permits?
We do, within the contract: plan approval, the height limit, fire-rating certificates for the materials, and insurance. These are exactly the items that surface days before opening when nobody has owned them.
