Launches we have delivered

Subsea7 office opening

At Al-Hugayet Tower in Dhahran — the opening route, guest reception and the formal ribbon-cutting, so the ceremony ended and the first working day began in the same place without a break.

Al-Khaldi Group's deal with SINOTRUK

A reception majlis with traditional furnishings inside an air-conditioned tent, hospitality for more than 200 guests, and the handover yard arranged so the fleet of trucks lined up exactly in the background.

Alinma retail kiosk

A complete build from receiving materials at night to the raised logo letters — a journey documented in twelve shots.

Questions

Common questions

How much lead time do I need before the launch?

The earlier you start, the more slack the schedule carries. We issue a day-by-day schedule signed off before we begin, with handover two days ahead rather than on the morning.

Do you handle protocol and VIP reception?

Yes — guest management, protocol and reception are within the contract, and with official bodies that is not a marginal detail.

Can the event run across several sites?

Yes. We delivered the Eid al-Adha celebration for JISCO and ArcelorMittal across several sites with matching detail, so an employee at any location feels they are at the same celebration.

What if something changes at the last minute?

A single accountable route means the change passes through one company and shows in the schedule immediately — instead of a re-quote from every affected supplier.
